Yes. Pick a tier when creating a campaign: T1 premium (floor $0.01 per view), T2 developing countries ($0.005), T3 everywhere else ($0.001). The tier raises the honest minimum reward — it prices demand, not personas. Eligibility is checked per request from the network country header, used transiently, never stored per person. Premium tiers additionally require that header: a connection with no location evidence at all is limited to open-floor campaigns (the honest opposite of guessing). Best effort by design: VPN or proxy users appear as the VPN's country; optionally the operator loads an offline local file of known VPN/datacenter/proxy IP ranges; flagged connections are held to the open floor instead of premium tiers (connection-level, IP never stored, no third-party API ever sees an IP). Premium claiming is additionally rate-shaped: a per-connection daily premium-start cap, and the connection that started the view must be the one that claims it (blocks rotating-proxy farms, connection-level only). We deliberately do not go further — no IP forensics, no fingerprinting — because knowing users more precisely would destroy the anonymity everyone here is buying into. You receive server-recorded completion metrics and aggregate per-day origin counts — never who any viewer is, where exactly they are, or any contact to reach them.
