SOLWAGE · TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms — the short version
Version 2026-10-24 · operator: sonemmael@gmail.com · The detailed privacy notice is at privacy ↗; the money is public at /money ↗.
*Draft published for transparency. Operator legal review: pending. Live since 2026-10-23.*
1. The network and the money
- SolWage is a paid-attention service. Caps are small on purpose (the published limits); every payment is an on-chain receipt you can check at /money. This is not a bank, custodian, payment service, investment, or store of value — it is paid attention with receipts.
- Old rehearsal copies exist in the wild: verify you are funding on the real site; imitations exist and are not us.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to use SolWage. We never knowingly serve minors; accounts are anonymous, but age honesty is part of the deal.
- Accounts are anonymous: an HTTP-only browser cookie, plus an optional recovery code you must save yourself.
- We cannot restore a lost recovery code. Clearing browser data severs your link to your balance. No KYC, no email, no names — this is the whole point of the product.
3. Earning rewards
- Rewards require: a live funded campaign, server verification, published-rate limits (tier floors $0.001–$0.01 per view by market tier, daily caps) and moderation of task work.
- Withdrawals inside the operator's published instant cap are paid automatically at request time; withdrawals above it wait for the operator's review desk before any payment. In either case the exact on-chain transaction signature is your receipt.
- Task submissions reserved during review are released, credited or refunded within published deadlines; only submissions under the published auto-approve cap clear automatically after 48 hours — larger rewards stay held until a human decides; rejections can be disputed. Published viewing campaigns are never auto-approved: publication is always an explicit decision, and an unreviewed campaign stays pending and fully refundable.
- Abusive behavior (farming, bot traffic, multi-session abuse) can be rate-limited or suspended without appeal.
4. Advertising
- Campaigns are reviewed before publication; we may reject anything in breach of the content policy (no illegal content, no adult/18+, no gambling, no malware, no phishing or wallet-drainer destinations, no scams or fake engagement, no misleading claims).
- Campaigns are published in a market tier (T1 premium, T2 developing countries, T3 everywhere else) chosen by the advertiser; the tier raises the per-view reward floor. Premium tiers (T1/T2) additionally require a verifiable country header on the viewing connection; connections that arrive with no location evidence are limited to open-floor campaigns. Viewer eligibility is further evaluated per request from the reverse proxy's anonymous country header (CF-IPCountry, processed by Cloudflare under their policy) — used transiently and never stored per person. This is best effort: the header reflects the visitor's connection, so a VPN or proxy makes the visitor appear to be in the VPN's country. The operator may additionally load an offline IP-range database (
ADSOL_VPN_DB, local file only) that flags known VPN/datacenter/proxy network blocks; connections from flagged ranges are held to the open floor tier instead of premium tiers. That classification is connection-level against a local file — no third-party API ever sees a visitor's IP, and the IP itself is never stored. Beyond this we deliberately do not go: no IP forensics, no fingerprinting — knowing users more precisely would defeat the anonymity this platform is built on. Advertisers receive server-recorded completion metrics and aggregate per-day origin counts only; they can never see who an individual viewer is or locate them. - Advertisers self-fund a dedicated deposit address, may pause at will, and may refund unspent budget to their own wallet at any time. The platform takes a 20% fee, shown before submission. Advertisers purchase rewarded attention — not guaranteed purchases, leads or sales.
- Reported metrics are server-recorded reward completions. They do not attest to verified purchases, unique humans, or downstream conversions.
5. Prohibited use
Anti-fraud circumvention (headless browsers, session farms, VPN mass rotation), scraping users, submitting other people's wallet data, any attempt to misuse the referral system. Violations void unclaimed rewards.
6. Warranty and liability
The service is provided as-is during its early public phase, with no warranty of availability or error-freeness. The operator's total liability is limited to amounts you have funded but not yet spent as rewards.
6a. The 30-day bug window
The first 30 days after launch are a declared shakedown, in the open:
- Caps stay small on purpose (a fraction of a dollar per payout, a few dollars per day, per the published limits). There is nothing big to lose — that is the design, not stinginess.
- If a bug eats, strands or misroutes your money — report it — it gets fixed and refunded. The operator journals every payout and refund, keeps the on-chain signature as the receipt, and reconciles user-visible balances against the chain to the lamport. A reported loss inside the window is repaid from the operator's own funds once verified in the journal; no arguing, no fine print.
- In return, report through the contact address below with whatever you have (when, what page, the transaction signature if you know it). Deliberate abuse of the window (fake reports, replayed claims) is a Section 5 violation.
- Nothing about the launch changes users' exposure: our rule stands — the platform never spends people's money; funds are either already on-chain to you, escrowed to a campaign, or in your wallet.
- After 30 days the window's refund promise continues for money provably lost to a demonstrated platform bug (journal-verified), but the episode itself is documented publicly in the ledger so the record stays honest.
7. Changes
Terms may change; continued use after publication means acceptance. Material changes will be shown in the How-it-works page before any public launch.
